Salary Range: $50,000-$150,000 Competitive compensation, based on experience

The Role

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to support sourcing and procurement execution for nuclear companies. This role focuses on getting the right parts and services on time, with the documentation rigor required for high-consequence projects.

What You’ll Do

Execute purchase orders and manage supplier communications and delivery tracking

Assist engineers as they navigate procurement processes

Support RFQs, bid evaluations, and supplier negotiations

Coordinate flowdown of technical and quality requirements to suppliers

Track long-lead items and support schedule-driven procurement planning

Resolve supplier issues, including documentation gaps and nonconformances

Maintain procurement records and support audits as needed

Qualifications

3+ years in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing

Strong organization and follow-through; comfort working with controlled records

Preferred

Experience with nuclear-grade procurement and traceability expectations

Familiarity with NQA-1 or similar quality environments
