📍 Location: Remote (with travel as needed)
Salary Range: $130,000 to $230,000 (target range, dependent on level)
The Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead turbine and balance-of-plant auxiliary system scopes for new nuclear facilities and major upgrades. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, procurement, vendor management, and field execution, driving delivery of high-value hardware and systems under disciplined project controls.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end execution for BOP and auxiliary systems (scope, schedule, budget, risk)
Support conceptual design and specification of turbine-related and auxiliary systems
Develop RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, and support vendor selection and contract negotiations
Manage vendors through detailed design, fabrication, delivery, installation, and commissioning
Coordinate cross-functional interfaces (systems, mechanical, electrical, I&C, civil, licensing)
Produce clear reporting and maintain change control discipline
Qualifications
BS in Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years experience in project management or engineering delivery for industrial power or energy systems
Strong vendor management and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Rankine cycle systems, turbines, heat exchangers, or CO2 cycle systems
Experience in nuclear or other highly regulated projects
