Salary Range: $55,000 to $175,000 (depending on level)
The Role
We are seeking CAD professionals ranging from junior designers through senior CAD managers to support engineering teams delivering complex nuclear and industrial projects. This role ensures drawings, models, standards, and configuration control are executed with consistency and quality.
What You’ll Do
Produce and revise drawings and models in support of engineering deliverables
Maintain CAD standards, templates, and drawing control practices
Coordinate with engineers to incorporate design changes and resolve drafting issues
Support model reviews, drawing package releases, and document control
(Senior) Lead CAD team planning, workload balancing, training, and quality checks
Qualifications
1+ years (junior) to 10+ years (senior) experience in drafting/CAD. Prior nuclear experience preferred and decades of experience would tend to place higher onto listed pay range.
Proficiency with relevant CAD tools (role dependent)
Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
Experience with ASME Y14.5 GD&T
Solidworks, CATIA, nTop, NX, CREO or similar modeling software experience
Preferred
Experience in regulated or safety-critical industries with rigorous configuration management.
